Preparation

1. Draw the outline of a large monster footprint print.

2. Cut out the monster print.

3. Hold this print over about 6 sheets of colored construction paper and cut more matching prints out. Repeat until you have all your prints cut out.

4. Take a small piece of masking tap and apply it to the bottom of each footprint.

5. Place a matching pair on the ground. Then do another matching pair facing another direction but in a straight line creating a fun and challenging course.

Note: you can also put prints wider apart sometimes.

How to Play.

Invite kids to take turns hoping on the monster prints with their feet landing on the prints facing in the right direction. Starting on one end and trying to make it to the other end.
