Carefully fold MAPs back and forth multiple times to easily tear apart the perforations.
Go over the trick one more time right before you send the kids home to make sure it's fresh on their minds.
Have something like a baggy or envelope for the kids to put their props in so they don't lose them or mix them up with other kids.

Make sure to set a good example and perform the trick with fully colored props.
